We had the pleasure of working with Gordon while shopping for our wedding suit, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Let me preface this review by saying that I typically don't care enough to write a review unless there's something that really needs to be said. I also have worked in retail for over a decade in both big box stores and high end boutiques and trust me, I understand there are good days and there are bad days when it comes to customer service. However, what I experienced at this Tip Top was absolutely appalling and went far beyond just someone having an off-day at work. The older gentleman working there was extremely rude and dismissive, to the point where my wife and I were wondering if we had done something to offend him even though our interaction was pretty minimal. I didn't even ask for help from this employee, I found what I needed by myself (which is fine) and all he had to do was take my money. Not only did he have this poor attitude, he also threw the receipt and bag with product towards me after the transaction was complete. Yes you read that right. He didn't hand them to me or place them on the counter for me to take, he tossed them at me. I was stunned and can honestly say I've never had or seen such poor customer service, or lack thereof, from ANY establishment. And no, it wasn't busy at the time either as it was just us and another couple in the store. I have never felt more unwelcome in a retail environment in my life.

It is very rare that I would ever tell anyone to not shop at a specific store, but this is an exception. Judging from past reviews of this place things haven't changed. Again, coming from a retail background I try to be empathetic towards those working in customer service but my experience at this Tip Top, with this particular employee, was terrible and quite frankly unacceptable.

Mehak and Gordon in the Tsawwassen Mills Mall were extremely helpful and professional when my online order went to the wrong address. They were able to get it resolved.

I visited there tsawwassen mill store at 6:35 PM today
and unfortunately, the employee in the white shirt was so rude. When we asked to try the coat and shirt he said i’m not gonna unfold the shirt now , he told us to hurry as the store closes at 7. Despite it being only 6:35, he made a face and treated us poorly. I’ve never experienced such customer service before.
