One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

I ordered 2 iced matcha lattes with light ice and 1 iced apple crisp oat macchiato via mobile order and went to pick up at this location. I received my drinks but noticed that the 2 iced matcha lattes with light ice had considerably more ice than the iced apple crisp macchiato. I went to the counter and let them know if it was possible to remake the matcha lattes since I asked for light ice but that if it’s not possible, that was fine too. The staff member rolled her eyes and just dumped out the drinks and said “I guess I’ll just have to remake this again.” I already felt bad about going to ask them to remake it. She also had her manager come out and scold me. The manager (Corinne?) lectured me condescendingly about the amounts of ice they put into each drink and told me that I should “put the exact number of ice cubes you want into the extra notes section because we can’t read your mind”. I informed her that the amount of ice was the almost the full grande cup and she said that was their “light ice”.

Eventually, we received our drinks with the light ice as asked but tasted terrible with no flavour.

2:00 PM on rainy Holiday Monday. This place was BUSY as can be. As everyone is trying to get shelter from the sad fall weather. I decided to use the Starbucks App and Ordered a Refresher Lime drink. Came to the pick up counter and waited a bit. Only to find out my drink was not made. The app misled me and the drink was out of order. The woman in a black apron and heart stickers on her face was ... AMAZING. She was honest in telling us nothing is similar and did not give us BS so we ordered what we can recall we liked from prior. The Starbucks girl left her post with haste to make our drink. When she gave us our drink she even offered if we're not satisfied we can come back and get a different drink
with a smile. Daaaaamn that was top notch customer service as she was sincere about what she said. This place was busy af and she still had that level of customer service. AMAZING! Thank you for this kind of service.

Perfect location of a Starbucks like always. This location has outdoor seating which I wish there were more. Good thing is the location is connected to the entrance of bunch of stores that provides easy accessibility. The store is relatively small but does the job. Bonus points for driving the local BC artwork inside the cafe.

Free Matcha is HEAVEN!
I managed to score a free Soy Matcha Frappuccino on my Starbucks rewards balance at this great Starbucks location just next to Bass Pro Shop within Twassen Mills.
As always, fantastic grade of tasting drink, portion sizes and customer service from every Starbucks location. An awesome spot to grab a slurp worthy dream whilst being dragged around the mall for shopping.
The staff are super friendly, accommodating and awesome at making super yum beverages.

I visit Starbucks at least once daily, but it's the most disappointing store I've ever encountered.

I ordered a Gingerbread No Whipped latte, but the cashier mistakenly rang up a Sugar Cookie Oat latte. (?!)
When I noticed the error on the receipt, I quickly informed her that she had entered the wrong item. Surprisingly, she remained calm and assured me that she would inform the barista.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, I inquired about my drink. To my dismay, they couldn't find a Gingerbread latte but instead had a Sugar Cookie Oat latte. I informed the barista once again and also addressed the cashier's mistake. They promised to prepare my drink immediately.

This time, I received a Gingerbread Oat Chai, which further frustrated me. Despite repeating my order for a Gingerbread No Whipped latte multiple times to three different staff members, none of them seemed to pay attention. They assured me it would be fine, but none of them took it seriously.

At this point, I expected my drink to be ready since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. However, to my disappointment, they handed me a Gingerbread latte WITH whipped cream. I asked for the seventh time if anyone had taken note of my order.

A barista simply scooped out the whipped cream without saying a word.

The overall service was abysmal, and it's evident that the management of this store is terrible.
