The service person Jackie was rude and condescending and I would never recommend this store to anyone. Wouldn’t give us the time of day and just kept saying that Koodo was a do it yourself store and to go online and figure it out.
The absolute WORST customer service.

Do yourself a favor and exclusively deal with Telus Mobility INSTORE in Sundre. Jackie delivers no BS advice. After months of dealing with multiple incompetent and unprofessional Telus "customer service" reps via phone, I was able to get a straightforward and honest response from Jackie in minutes.
