Excellent care!! Heather and Mick helped my boy and I out of a tough situation in late October when he was healing from an injury, and they couldn’t have been more kind about it! They are caring, generous, helpful people who really look after your horses as their own! All of the horses there are very respectful, my gelding got along with them nicely!! Definitely recommend Free acres if you’re looking for a quiet, family like environment with high quality care for you and your horse!

My daughter has been taking riding lessons at Free Acres Stable for a couple years now and I leave every lesson impressed. The facility has a great set up with indoor and outdoor riding available. We have been able to take riding lessons in spring, summer, fall and winter. Each season offers different aspects of horse care and riding which is great. The horses always look healthy and well cared for. So glad we discovered this place when we did!

Hi, I wanted to speak about my experience at free Acres. I have been boarding 2 horses at Free Acres horse stable for about a year now. When I first arrived at the stable I had very little horse knowledge but I had a strong want to learn and a dream of one-day being able to keep my own horses. Heather and Mick are phenomenal people and have gone above and beyond to make sure my dream became a reality.
The care my horses have received while in thier care has been amazing. I would highly recommend Free Acres Horse stable for your boarding needs.
The ranch is beautiful it has two separate riding arenas one indoor one out, beautiful well kept barn stalls and always a friendly face to ask advice when need be.

We bring our daughter (2.5 when we started, almost 4 now) here for horsemanship (and riding) lessons. Heather (owner) is amazing with both my daughter and her horses. One of the things I love most is Heather teaches my daughter about proper horse care, not just riding. My little 3 year old will lead the horse, groom him, learn about the tack, and then gets to ride. Having a horse is so much more than just riding around an arena, and her learning about how to properly care and interact with them is amazing to watch. 100% recommend this stable!

I started lessons in Spring of 2021. I have had a fear of horses for 40 years. I wanted to conquer that fear.
I found that the owner, Heather, is an amazing teacher. I fell in love with a beautiful horse named Cowboy. I look forward to every time I go to see him. It took only a handful of lessons for me to overcome my fears!
I’m impressed with how orderly and clean the barn and arena are. They clearly take very good care of their property. And I’ve been taught how to take care of the stables and arena.
The horses are so well cared for. As well as the various animals that roam the barn. You can clearly see the relationship she has with her animals.
I have learned so much about horses and how to care for them and how to listen to them. It has truly been an amazing experience.
Heather runs camps for children in the summer and I’m so impressed by the creative ways she works with the horses and children to make it such a fun experience. Crafts and fun games. I want to go!
I have a whole new appreciation for caring for horses and one day hope to own my own horse.

From the minute I arrived at Free Acres, my horse and I were welcomed with open arms. The owners are so friendly and helpful, I really appreciate the love and passion they have for their animals, and they care about the boarded horses as if their own. I am so thankful to be able to keep my horse at a facility where his health and happiness is top priority and I know he’s in good hands if i’m not able to make it out to the stable. I wouldn’t choose to board anywhere else.

Excellent care given to horses. Very respectful to owners during covid 19. Could book a time to ride and spend time with my horse completely alone.. notified me immediately when my horse needed vet attention or extra care. Very happy with the care my horse receives. Farrier comes out regularly I have no worries with my horse in their care..
