I was referred to CSN through my insurance company and being fairly new the province and the first time I needed repairs. I was rear ended and we took our car in to be assessed. Lucky we did because the damage was alot more than we expected. CSN did a great job, very professional, experienced, and thorough. We highly recommend CSN. I give them a 4 out of 5 only because they use Enterprise for loaners. Had a nice car but they kept me waiting for an hour (they were 2 blocks away), & late for an appointment, Enterprise staff member not very helpful.

Thank you to Keith and Mel! (And the techs that fixed my car!) I had a weird comprehensive claim on my car, and it took some time to get the parts as expected! (I wanted a color change on a part) They went out of their way to make sure my car came back to me perfect! They we're so easy to deal with, kept me in the loop with repairs, gave me a loaner, my car came back clean, couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend them, and thank you!

The staff had a car take me to the place where I had already been set up for a loaner car for the duration of the work being done on my car. They did a perfect repair and offered assistance with an area that needed a new bulb. They charged 50% less to do the work and install the bulb than another business I looked into. My car was sent back to me all cleaned inside as well and looking so much nicer than when I brought it to them.

Great service and communication from setting the appointment to repair complete and follow up

CSN helped install Gorilla Glass. GG claim their glass is many x stronger and chip resistant than regular windshield glass. You have to pay a bit to upgrade, but we think it is well worth for the stone prone Jeep windshields.
