Called while on the road. Had trouble with the AC compressor and after a brief conversation, I knew he knew his stuff. He said stop by and he'd take a quick look. He did that, then temporarily repaired the AC clutch so we could get to the next big town, and did it with a smile! Parts aren't readily available for our vehicle but he knew just what to do to keep us moving. Darrell knew his stuff and knew it well. You won't be disappointed with Whitecourt Service Center.

Very honest establishment. I have an older vehicle, went in for all four shocks and work was done at a very reasonable price. Assessment on front end work was honest and accurate in my opinion, I will be returning to them in the future for sure. Call to book ahead of time as theyre very busy...for good reason I can see!

Had my vehicle in for a heater core replacement, it's a big job, about 8 hours of labor as the entire dash needs to be removed. The tech was able to get it done sooner than that and I was billed for less time as a result. The honest pay for honest work model is a strong contrast from "book price" offered by most other shops. Needless to say I'll be back for future repairs. Two thumbs up

On vacation from BC driving across Canada..truck started to misfire..called and he was really busyI saidI just need to scan it to find out what the problem was..he said bring it in right now..took it in he scanned it found out what was wrong and fixed it right away..Best service..not all hero's wear capes

My car broke down about month ago. Just now I have time to write. Darrell (awesome guy) got into my position and help me. I want to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to the guys from the service. They quickly and efficiently solved my problem and saved me from dozens of gray hairs. This is the second time that I’ve used Whitecourt service center, and I will continue to give them business. Quick, affordable, honest, and only fix what you’ve asked them to. I’m sure some women can relate to this , when you take your car in you’re terrified expecting you will be taken advantage of. Most places I’ve dealt with fix a bunch of things that don’t need fixing and charge you more than the work was worth. I come out of there each time with a lower bill than was expected. I would recommend this shop to your family and friends.

I went to Whitecourt from out of town for the weekend and my car’s engine light came on after I filled up for gas. I didn’t know what to do and the local dealership couldn’t just look at my car to see what’s wrong. I had to leave that day. I called Whitecourt Service Centre and Daryl said he would do a scan for me to see how major or minor it was so I can get home which is over 4 hours away. It took less than 5 minutes and he figured out what was wrong and he was so nice. He even gave me a deal, this man made my day I cried when I got in my car cause I was so relieved that I could get home. Definitely recommend!

Just left there and it was a great experience! Check engine light came on, they checked it out and I was in and out in minutes with no charge! New to town but this is my new go to mechanic!
