Took my fifth wheel here for a look at my wheel bearings. Just need seal replacement and lube. Don and company was awesome to deal with and I will be back. They only fixed what was needed and gave some tips on other things to keep me headed down the road safely.

Got our new Boler trailer made here and picked up last Friday. We’ve been getting ready for camping season and have found interactions with some business have been lacking in genuine customer service. Not here! They went above and beyond helping to load, tie down, provide instructions on installing and tricks for lessening the dust. Even tightened my loose hitch! All of this on a Friday after I got lost on the way out showing up 15 minutes before close. Thanks for being great and making quality work too!

I received the kind of personal service that seems to be long forgotten since nobody can or is willing to do more than what the computer screen in front of them allows.

I purchased some trailer brake parts, received advice over the phone, and later had some testing done on my truck and an inspection of my trailer. At every step the staff were available and responsive to my needs. This resulted in a trailer that brakes better than it ever has for much less money than I expected to pay.

They were able to get me in before my camping trip, and gave a price estimate based on what I saw. They called me to confirm their findings/estimate and proceeded with the service repairs when I provided the go ahead. They did a wheel bearing repack and electric brake overhaul on my tent trailer. I was having trouble finding a rubber cap for an easy-lube hub. Most dealers told me that they didn't carry the size I needed (mine was bigger than the standard). The gentleman at Metro who was baffled by why mine was larger actually took the time to call the manufacturer and confirmed that the stock size is correct (mine had stretched). All of this for a $2 part! Great service. Fit like a charm!

Went in to discuss putting in a floating dock on the Red River. Our bank is very steep and we weren't sure how we could manage to put one in. Victor was great at showing us options and helping us figure out how to install it. He always got back to us right away and was very thorough. Looking forward to trying it out next spring.

Like always your trailer axle breaks when you least expect it... The staff are excellent they built me a custom trailer axle and I was back on my way. I was looking at their trailer accessories and everything is reasonably priced. Definitely a great local place to support.
