I was judged and lied to, being told many times this program was a place of "safety and judgment free" when if anything they have judged and made me feel unsafe, my disorders were compaired to that of other people in the program with "normal anxiety" many times I said I had "extreme anxity" so to be treated like my anxiety was nothing and being told "well other people here also have anxiety." Was discriminating, never in my whole life had I have people assume I can't handle life because of my "anxiety" Was disgusting, and and they want you to treat them like you're employer, and if that's the case then I've been taught if I make a mistake I didn't mean to I'll be fired from my job 10 mins later. They expect you to act like a "robot" that makes no mistakes and has no emotions.
When they interview you they'll ask if you have any disorders, and then not adjust for people who have disorders/disabilities, I genuinely fear for people with like autism who try to join their program, if I was treated like that there's no way they would treat someone with a more severe disorder with any respect.
Alexa appears to be the most judgemental and unprofessional as she was the one to compare a series disorder to common anxiety, she also completely lacks sensitivity.
Genuinely shocked the government would fund this disgusting place.
If you need help getting a job goto OFE and not this place, as OFE can actually help people with Disorders/Disabilities.
If I could rate 0 stars I would, I'm never recommending this place to anyone I know, and the fact any Government official place would recommended this program is unacceptable.
The people hired to work for this program need to be heavily looked into.

Again never in my life have I felt so attacked and discriminated for having disorders I was born with, having disoders i never wished to have, to be openly disrespected as I was by Alexa, and to be even more judged by Alexa when she pulled me to the side Alone With no one else around and then be told my disorders are a issue.

Complete lack of communication.
They dont bother trying to help people in the group clealrly struggling, and are judgemental to you for the slightest mistake, this program demonstrates a lack of awareness and understanding.
simply put, this is the most unprofessional thing I've ever witnessed.
