I have always had good service at Junction Motors. The staff is freindly and helpful, the service department makes sure that all the needs are met. They have never, in my experience, tried to sell me what I don't need that would cost me i repairs that are not needed at that time, even in my used vehicles. They have went out of their way to make sure that I always have a courtesy vehicle, so that I can get around, while they work on my vehicle, when I need one.

Drivers test day......... got there waited a few minutes..Hung out was offered a coffee ..Good news he passed. Waited for a few other customers and the lady on the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable in what she was doing...it was a painless experience

Loved the staff that helped me find my new truck! They worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted and they found it! Excellent service. Friendly. My truck had an intermittent engine surge at hiway speeds and first time in shop they could not locate problem. The second time in they were able to find it and replaced a faulty engine part. Runs fine now. Thanks Junction

Pretty big wait for useless snarky service at the registry desk that isnt the least bit helpful. Had to call the government to get proper advice before then taking my business to falher.

Was the worst service I ever had . Went in to get a quote for a vehicle and the women sales person was very rude and disrespectful. Will never go back again. To bad for the company to employ someone like that. So I went to peace river and bought a vehicle. At least there your treated with some respect.
