I had a great experience with High River Ford when I purchased my 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat 2.7. I want to specifically thank Jeff and Matt for their excellent customer service. They made the whole purchasing process seamless, especially since I had a bad experience with another Ford dealership in Calgary. Jeff and Matt replied to my messages promptly and kept me updated throughout. They even sent a car to pick me up from southeast Calgary, which was incredibly convenient. Their competitive pricing was impressive, and I never felt pressured to purchase anything extra. They took care of the registration transfer, so all I had to do was bring my license plate. We recently bought a 2023 Corolla Hybrid from their stock of used cars and the experience was refreshing. Having taken our time and dealt with other dealerships closer to home here in Calgary initially, it was worth the trip to drive down and not deal with any BS, like we were experiencing locally. The price was comparable and the price listed was actually the price. Everywhere else we were getting the advertised price then "plus this and plus that fees", never the advertised price. We dealt with Jeff Schmidt and Matt Christie and things were seamless and clear right from the start. Even though it was a Toyota that we bought, Jeff knew more about that car then any of the Toyota dealerships we went. It was painless and as fast as it needed to be, not a pressure sale, nor was it being drawn out. If I had family here I would refer them to HR Ford. It is our pleasure to share details of the exceptional service that we recently received at High River Ford from Jeff McLenehan and Matt Christie, as well as the very friendly staff in general.
