My NP Sierra, and the front desk staff deserve 5 stars. They are fantastic, extremely caring and compassionate. However, I can't leave a 5 star review for this clinic as it's been extremely frustrating that there's now a 4 month wait time to see my NP. This clinic has lost a lot of their staff members over the last year or so, and it's really impacting patient care. I used to be able to see Sierra within 2 weeks, yet now when I call with a medical concern, I have to wait 4 months to see her. I wonder if with all the staff turnover recently, my NP is now taking over too many patients and therefore it's a much longer wait time to see her. I am now stuck waiting 2 hours at walk-in clinics to see an unfamiliar doctor to help with my concerns since I can't wait several months for these issues to be addressed. I really hope that positive changes can be made within the clinic soon. Thanks again though to Sierra, and the ladies at the front desk; every time I call, I am greeted with kindness and it is very much appreciated.

Dont waste your time...between a useless NP, supervisor and secretary, its enough to raise your bp to dangerous levels ( which my NP dosnt seem to give a crap about). Mental health is not factored in to their rediculous lack of competance when dealing with patients. It may go to the media its that bad. I think they need to go back to gradeschool where they belong!

Do NOT go to this clinic unless you want to be more disappointed than a gay man's wife on her honeymoon. These idiots regularly diagnose people with absolutely no testing to back it up. I had a nurse practitioner feel my face and tell me i have polyps. He then referred me to an ear nose and throat specialist where i had to drive all the way to scarborough and get a camera aggressively shoved up my nose to find out not only do i not have polyps but that it's not possible to diagnose. On a seperate occasion a family member was told by a nurse practitioner that they *might* have an aortic aneurysm and would schedule testing for THE FOLLOWING MONTH. A single 8 hour trip to the ER and an actual doctor was able to confirm said aortic aneurism was actually just overgrown tissue. Its almost as if every single so called 'medical professional' in this disgraceful clinic got their degree off of temu.

There is something wrong with this clinic it should not take 2 weeks of sending faxes to the office so I can get my prescription renewed. Every time I call they always have a new excuse there is no reason for this I have be without my puffer for breathing for 2 weeks now and finding it harder and harder to breathe with this humidity. When is this going to change for the better? This is a disgrace 😤

What is going on with our amazing nurse practitioners at this location? I have lost 3 amazing practitioners within 2yrs.? I understand there are great opportunities out there , but what about the commitment to your clients? there seriously a problem...Concerned client.

There is no words that can explain how much this clinic helped me.
As you walk in, you feel at home, always very polite, helpful and always do their follow-ups.
The experience I had with my doctor there was over the top!
He was always very open, never any judgement and I felt he was working with me in every way.
All I can say is WOW! And thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our nurse practitioner Carly was amazing. Caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. We have seen Amanda too and she is equally helpful and efficient. However, Carly has left and we have a new nurse practitioner, hopefully she is as good as Carly. Overall very happy with the clinic and their professionalism.
