Literally the WORST place I've ever dealt with IN MY LIFE. They started a process for my son. TOLD me they were sending in the referral, then silence. I had called them multiple times in the past year wondering what happened and no one ever got back to me. I finally got through to someone yesterday only to have her call me back today and tell me " oh Bob called you three times and left messages and then you never called back so nothing went through." That NEVER happened. I may have missed a call but if a voicemail was left I always call back. Especially when I was expecting my son to start counseling. Then just for the sake of things I said " okay so let's say I was the problem, I've called multiple times and left messages and no one called me back in the last year to tell me this happened. Why?" And all I got back was " well the admin always try to call people back" again NOT TRUE. and I can prove this with phone logs . Honestly if you need counseling for your child I would highly recommend you pay out of pocket for it instead. This organization is the worst. And then when they drop the ball they blame you.
