Parfait! Super tranquille, super propre, lits confortables.. je ne chercherai plus si je retourne dans le coin, ça sera là directement ! A noter: AUCUN ustensiles/couverts/etc. Si on veut cuisiner ou même manger avec des ustensiles, il faut les apporter!

From the quick residence tour at their Open House this looks like a decent residence. Two students per apartment with their own lockable rooms, shared washroom and small kitchen with eating area. Each bedroom had a large window and was decently sized.

Rooms are furnished with double bed, desk and chair and chest of drawers. Kitchen has fridge and stove supplied.

Laundry room was clean. Machines cost $2.50 per load, load/reload a laundry card easily (available in the room) from credit or debit card.

Lounge was large (main floor) as we heard it is used for larger gatherings as well as occasional floor activities. Building is secured with entrance only by those with a key card.

Shuttle bus to/from No Frills for groceries. Public transit to/from campuses and nearby stores/other amenities.

Stayed one night while visiting north bay. The place is clean and specious. There is a small kitchen 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds. Closets, desks , fridge , stove and microwave. Great value for money. The only negative comments is the bed being not comfortable and making noise every time you move in it. The place is students residence but they use it in summer when students are gone as a hotel.the mattress is not comfortable and the bed makes lots of sounds.

I enjoyed the residence. The colour of the rooms were all the same but the price was right and the views were nice. The units come fully furnished but you will need to being your own dishes as none are provided. They have exercise machines on the 6th floor of every building but with limited equipment.

Think twice before moving to that place. They discriminate international students and steal their money. They stole $1600 CAD from me. They take advantage of international students because there is no place to file a complaint.

Great experience staying at the residence here. Clean and well maintained indoors with lovely outdoors make it a pleasant stay.

I went here as a student in 2012-2013 and came back this summer as a visitor. They are and have always been nice and clean residences up to date and following technology. There are many lounges and activities available to students.

The management is worse than you can ever imagine. I have been here for 6 and a half months and for the past 3 months I have been getting harassed mentally by one of the roommates, he even tried to assault me physically. I complained about it to the management, at first they said that they will be moving him to other unit but then they told me that the units are not ready so he will stay where he is. I complained again regarding cleanliness and noise problems but this time the management says that they want me to be moved. I asked them why is it me so they said that we cannot move him that’s it. He was the one causing problems and they asked me to move. I have literally mailed them like 8-10 times but they never do anything. So if you don’t have a place to stay at then rather sleep on the footpath than pay here just to get harassed.
