We absolutely loved the customer service that Jon and Kristin provided.We purchased hearing aids for my husband. Everything was explained from the hearing test to o the fittings and how to use them and all follow up appointments. Jon and Kristin are a great team and know their stuff and work with your needs and budget. We are so greatful the new hearing aids has truly changed my husband's life and could not be happier with the results. Thank you Jon and Kristin for your kindness and Excellent customer service . In today’s world where personal service has mostly been replaced with automated digital recordings, it was very refreshing to experience “real time” and “real person-to-person” contact when dealing with UBHearing. From my initial phone call to ask about their services, right through to my fitting, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. And I felt valued as a customer by their post-sale follow-up interest. As a person who has been retired from the service industry for several years, I was happy to find this gem of a company that recognizes that putting your customer first is the best plan to secure your business now and for the future. And, each of their products was carefully and fully explained to me with no upselling pressure. They carefully matched me with a hearing aid most suitable to my type of hearing loss and the price was highly competitive and affordable. I am happy with my hearing aid and am enjoying being reconnected to a fuller audio spectrum. Kudos to you Kristen, Justine, and Jon for getting it right in providing a quality product along with excellent service.

Because I had surgery on both ears I was sent to specialists to make sure my hearing was stabilized before I was fitted for hearing aids. I was treated in a very friendly a d professional manner and would recommend anyone looking for help with hearing problems give them a try. They have offices in Stirling and Trenton.

My experience with UB Hearing was 5 stars, they started by giving me a throw hearing check and then explained the results to me. The buying was easy it was a great price for the hearing aids l chose, way lower than others I priced. The follow up later they fine tuned the settings and dealt with all my concerns. I would recommend them hands down.

I have been experiencing hearing loss for years but didn't want to admit it. I had to ask someone to repeat what they said over and over and the TV was never loud enough for me to enjoy. A friend recommended UBHearing to me and I was very pleased with the results. Jon was caring and knowledgeable and the resulting aids I received are top brand name products for a very reasonable price. I am hearing things so much better and not saying "pardon me" constantly when talking to people. The bird song is the most impressive. I was missing so much. Thank you UBHearing.
