I have filed with the Ontario college of pharmacist on the poor reasoning on prescriptions not being filed nor a follow up with the doctor nor the patient they don't have it leaving the customer in dier straits to locate elsewhere. Worst place to get your prescriptions.

This pharmacy has been extremely helpful and can handle our extensive medication needs. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff makes this pharmacy top of the line. They also have a fully stocked store which makes shopping a breeze.

My husband's and my only complaint is with the pharmacists. A mistake was made regarding my husband's prescription and they did not seem to care about their error and were quite rude and argumentative. There was definitely a language barrier. He took the prescription anyway but we are now with another pharmacy. This review does NOT reflect on the front counter service and we still purchase other products from the store.

The pharmacy has ongoing issues resulting in very poor, frustrating delivery of service. There always seems to be some sort of issue filling every prescription. I've never encountered such incompetence, wait times, and billing mistakes and communication barriers. Often only a single employee knows how to handle a particular issue which means you have to come back on another day. Problems with the fax machine have existed for years meaning prescriptions get lost in cyberspace. You can wait a couple of days to get a prescription filled if you call it in to the automated service. Time to switch pharmacies.

Hi there, My name is Maxine and about a week ago (Early March) I went into the deep River IDA, wanting to purchase a blonde hair dye. I searched for Candice because I value her beauty knowledge and suggestions; unfortunately she was away on holiday.
I chose a colour that didn’t work well with my blonde and my hair became orange and brassy. I was overwhelmed.
Today, March 10/22 I went into the Deep River IDA.
THANK GOODNESS, Candice was there because she directed me to the correct purple hair shampoo and even said that I didn’t need to waste money on the same conditioner.

A pharmacy is not the place to hold up sick people trying to buy medications for some gambling addict who needs to bankrupt himself on repeat lottery tickets. This happened to me multiple times here. The pharmacy already inconveniences everyone by opening at 9am.Then they allow gambling to hold up the line for 10mins on one customer. ONE TRANSACTION PER CUSTOMER, BACK OF THE LINE.

They also pulled my daughter's critical meds labeled "do not refrigerate" from a fridge, handed it to me cold and told me right to my face that it hadn't been refrigerated. NEVER fill your prescriptions here.
