I had a change of heart after realizing the owner is hiring people to teach the OFA3 course. I think maybe a little bit of stress and burnout was going on right when she was not so nice to me, but I can find forgiveness because she's doing the right thing right by hiring people to take the load off her. I have worked with people who have their ticket from this school and they are knowledgeable. I still didn't have a great experience. As somebody with a d h d, it takes me a little bit of time to process.

I am truly impressed by the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff at AJ Safety. They went above and beyond to assist me with my partner, who is facing a serious yet undiagnosed medical condition. Despite their busy schedule, the staff took the time to thoroughly demonstrate the Heimlich maneuver in three different ways, sacrificing part of their lunch break to help me. I am immensely grateful to these ladies and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Was enrolled in OFA 3. They called me 4 days before the course was to start, stating it was cancelled, I had already bought my books so I said okay I’ll come return my books as the course is cancelled and won’t be needing them. They told me they would not take UNOPENED/UNUSED books back and would not refund me. Won’t ever be back. Sad as JT was my go to prior to this! Also told me it was mandatory to have Transportation Endorsement before I could take my OFA3, and that is a lie. It’s not needed, just more money in their pocket! Very unhappy! Do your research people.

JT Safety Training is amazing, the instructor was made me feel very comfortable ( I am Autistic) and made sure that I felt confident in my ability to perform first aid, Thank you very much will definately be back.

The front desk girl Brenda is rude, lies and talks behind other people's back embelishing and saying that when i talked to them i was yelling, there is a difference between yelling and using a firm voice. She is fake as hell, and she was the one yelling. She also doesn't return phone calls, when she said they would. I would leave zero stars but I have to leave one!

I had booked an H2S course and then was sick on the day of the course. I phoned the office and they just told me to attend the next course which was two days later. They forgot to tell me that I had to pay for the course again and that the $200 from the first course was non-refundable. I had already taken a first aid course which I had no problem with! Invoice says nothing about cancellation fees Beware of this company!!!

Staff is always very kind. And they go out of there way to get you in a course even If its a last minute decision. Hands down best first aid course I've taken. Highly recommend

Took the free Infant CPR/AEG course. The course was informative and the instructor was pleasant and knowledgeable.
