We stayed twice in June, 2025. The staff here is very friendly and responsive to guest needs. The hotel is fairly new and in new condition. They put out an excellent breakfast and have a large laundry room where the machines are free for guest use. High speed internet worked flawlessly. It is correctly described as a 3 star hotel and we give it a five star satisfaction rating. Thank you Staybridge Dawson Creek!

Rooms are wonderful, but you will need to wait another year for the pool to be built! Breakfast buffet is open great hours; however, around 9am food choices dwindle and isn’t hot & fresh anymore. Hot water/coffee warm but not hot.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel after being recommended by Lori Archibald, CEO (Lake View Credit Union). Ease of access to Solas Restaurant where we were meeting Lori and her executive team for dinner. Enjoyed the breakfast options too.

A bit noisy in the morning, could hear other guests that most probably start real early in the morning.

Friendly staff. Clean, large rooms, with Dyson hairdryers! They hosted an afternoon social, with snacks and drinks, which was really nice. I will definitely stay here again when back in Dawson Creek.

Around 9 in the morning a person came into our room unannounced. The door was open for about 10 seconds, then they were gone. When brought to the attention of the front desk worker, he simply brushed it off and claimed it was housekeeping. It was not. Housekeeping came about an hour later, knocked on the door, and identified who they were. The man at the front desk had absolutely no concern and didn’t even care to apologize. I expected more from this establishment. It was a frightening experience. I am disappointed.

Went for a business trip.
Amazing customer service. Staff is extremely kind. Free all you can eat breakfast and social night foods when I went there.
I like the chamomile tea detail that they have in the rooms since I have troubles sleeping--very thoughtful choice!

Rude staff and management, cleanliness sub par at best.
Kitchen poorly supplied, room attendants constantly leaving used towels, long stringy hairs on the bed.
Hotel is fairly new, horrible parking lot set up, and is already showing signs of being run down due to lack of cleaning and maintenance.

Great place to stay just one night or for an extended period. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and large shower. I always enjoy having the option to cook a meal and this place has everything you’d need to do so. Would definitely stay again.
