Si vous passez par dawson creek (km 0 de la route de l alaska) je vous conseille cet hotel. Nous avions une grande chambre avec 2 lits tres douillets. Une salle de bain conforme et un savoureux petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu une personne agréable à l accueil.

Our crew was working in the area and were booked in to stay at the hotel for a month. Majority of our stay had been fine but on week three the hotel started to do renovations on the 4th floor above the rooms our night shift guys were attempting to sleep in. We asked to move and were assigned new rooms to avoid the Reno noise.
The following night the hotel hosted some sort of party and allowed them to blast music until the early hours of the morning causing our crew on days to be unable to sleep. I talked with the staff at the front desk to try and get yet another room at the far end of the hotel and was denied. The staff member claimed he had just returned to work so was unsure on what he could do.
I can’t in good faith recommend this hotel to any company or crews who are working in the area, as it seems the hotel and its staff do not care about us or our ability to get a proper rest.

But hey, the restaurant is good at least.

This is my home away from home. Very friendly receptionists Diana and Odetta who looked very kindly after me. Tidy rooms. Bestest breakfast included. Always worth staying at the GDI .

Looks can be deceiving, from the outside the hotel looks pretty average once inside it was totally different, it’s old but very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the restaurant was good although service was slow. I will stay here again.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were absolutely fantastic and the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. The restaurant was also top-notch, with delicious food and great prices. I was pleasantly surprised to find that after a long day of work, the hotel had left us with six beers, two small liquor shots, a bag of popcorn, beef jerky, and two cans of Coke. The only small issue I had was that the mattress was starting to wear out and could use a replacement. However, the room was spacious and it would have been nice to have a bigger fridge. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
