I've been attending this church for nearly two years now and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff are so kind, caring and thoughtful. The people who attend there are among the friendliest and helpful people I've ever met. The worship is lively and spirit-filled. The preaching is biblically based and relevant to my life. When I'm at Motion I feel like I'm home.

BTC is a great church! If your looking for great worship, powerful word; you will surely love it here! It feels like a family with all the group's and the people, the more you step out and meet new people you would honestly feel home! The connect group's are the best thing to be part of, it feels like a community and a home for people who have not been to church in their life or who just want to have people in there life's to support. Both pastors are really awesome and they're so encouraging to build up your faith! The youth group is so good for the grade 7 through grade 12, great crowd with some good people to connect with!
Also the kids Church is good too for youngsters to build a solid foundation at a young age and also there's a Noah's Ark room upstairs.

So if you're looking for a good church I recommend this church in a heart beat!

This church is awesome. The people there are really friendly, I met at least ten people my first time going. The Pastor found me in the lobby and introduced himself!

The music was really energetic and the sound was perfect! The kid's program is sooooo much fun. The kid's rooms are themed, done like a boat, one like the forest, and another is winter themed.

If you like in Kamloops, check this church out, you will not be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I have been looking to attend church again now that covid has sort of past. However we are hesitant to come back to Motion Church. The sermons were very awesome and the music is incredible. However, we had a very weird and uncomfortable experience. Now I know this is going to sound absolutely insane, but both my boyfriend and I appear to be of Indian descent. Instantly we were the target of being questioned if we knew the Lord. A lot of people take one look at us and assume we are Hindus. I get everyone's strong passion of wanting to witness to someone , but when we explained that we were Christians and raised in Christian homes it was like they just couldn't accept that. We even have typical English names. Regardless people still wanted to call my boyfriend Rahul which was not even near close. We just felt very uncomfortable with the situation and being questioned about our faith even though we kindly explained we are believers and know the Lord. My point is that people shouldn't just take a look at someone's ethnicity and assume they are an easy target to minister too. This situation has been an eye opener and also a fear of attending church's here. I think I decided that I should post this so that people can be aware that new comers are nervous and are just trying to get a good idea of what it's like. Regardless of ethnicity I think it's important to treat everyone the same and ease into ministering to people when you get to know them and their stories a little better.

I have attended this church several times, but have stopped going because I don’t feel welcome there. I have been trying to volunteer my time here in a way to pay back some kindness shown to me by one of its congregational members, but no matter what I do, or who I talk too, no one ever returns my calls, or reaches out to me.This church seems to have ghosted this writer, leaving one to wonder what has happened to us because of “COVID-19”. Churches are chosen for us by God, as we listen to the call of Gods comforter, we will be guided to where God wants us. I really need to read my own advice more eh?
