My son has been going here for the last 3 years and loves their program! Their parent portal is super convenient for scheduling absences and make up classes. Their coaches are awesome, engaging and patient!

Had a gymnastics birthday party for my daughter here. The gym was very clean and the kids had a TON of fun. The staff was kind and helpful.
The only negative was that the parties are so close together. The kids get 1 hour to play and then 45 min in the party room. It is very rushed. And they only allow you in the party room 10 min before the kids are due to finish playing. So as a lone parent trying to decorate the room and set up the food for 11 kids, I felt this wasn't enough time. However, I did mention this to the staff and they were accommodating. They let me in the party room a few minutes early and did try to help out a bit. Plus they let me put my cake in their staff fridge while the kids played since I had no access to the fridge in the party room for the first 45 min, So that was nice. I would rate this a 4.5 instead of 5 if I could for those issues. But because the staff was so helpful and accommodating, I chose a 5 instead of 4 on the scale. Hope this helps someone else with their party planning!

The classes and training is good but the parents portal system needs lot of upgrade to make it user friendly. It frustrating when my daughter can't make it and me trying to figure out where to find it's frustrating.

I have 4 kids and they all love this gym. You can tell how great this place is with just how many kids there are on a regular basis. We have been coming to this gym for years and have watched it grow into what it is today.
The staff has been good over the years and I believe that this is due to the great ownership. I have gotten to know the owner and he is a wonderful coach and person who only has good intentions for the kids. The fact is that all 4 of my kids have had various coaches over the years and they he is all of their favorite coach.
I would recommend this gym.

I was quite disappointed in the children's gymnastics classes at Kelowna Gymnastix. We attended the drop-in fun sessions a few times, and my girls had fun so we decided to sign up for classes, which I now regret. Though the instructors and staff are all friendly, the classes simply have too many children for the instructor to be able to instruct and properly supervise each child. I saw far too many instances where children were at risk for serious injury. The instructors seem to always be in a hurry, everything is rushed, the children are taken through a movement very quickly, and then left to do it on their own while the instructor is often not looking, or at the next stop at the circuit and not paying attention. Many children are standing around confused and wondering what to do. My younger daughter chose to stop attending because she said the teacher did not take the time to explain each exercise to her, she is new to gymnastics and in a beginner's class I expected that she would be taught how to do each movement safely, but this was not the case. The gym is packed full of kids, there are too many classes going on at once, and instructors are distracted and rushed. I have since spoken with other Moms in our community who have had the same experience. I only wish I would have known before signing up and spending over $230 on a class, where after a month, they did not refund any of it. I would not recommend these classes to parents of young children, especially those that need instruction. Perhaps this would work for a highly experienced gymnast, but not young children who need adequate supervision and instruction, and are just starting out in gymnastics. What a disappointment for a wonderfully located gymnastics studio that is bright and spacious, and classes that sound very promising. Perhaps with smaller class sizes, less rushed classes and more attention to safety this could change.

5☆ to the TNT program !! The coaches are the best in city, so connected to their athletes and helping them excel. I have watched my child grow so much through this program and the support of the team. Great place for youth sports in Kelowna.

A shout out to James for how he creates a wonderful environment for the kiddos. He has great energy, patience and is incredibly supportive. We were so grateful to have him coach our kids.
