The instructors truly care and take the time to connect more than I have ever experienced in another yoga studio. I absolutely love the classes at Invati. If you're new to yoga or have injuries, I highly recommend trying a "Yoga on the Inside" with Kelly or Chantal. Yin is also an excellent choice.

If you like classes that are in a warm or hot room, I love the Flow with Gillian, Kelsey, or Melanie and my very favourite, Hatha with Chantal or Crystal. There is also a variety of incredible workshops. If you get a membership, you can use it at the Kelowna or Lake Country location which also has fabulous instructors.

I consider myself still a "beginner" but I don't feel out of place ever. It's a welcoming studio and all of the instructors are incredibly experienced and have practiced for many years making it a safe place for any level of student.
