This gym gave me a warm welcome, and training there is like being part of a big family. I enjoyed every second spent there.

I have to leave the province and this gym, and the coaches are my biggest regret leaving Kelowna.

Hands down the best combat gym in town! After doing a free trial at every other place around, nothing compared! The vibe / atmosphere is great, plus everyone is so encouraging and welcoming to all skill levels! Getting into fighting was putting me out of my comfort zone, but within a week I felt like I was part of the family 💪🏼 Thanks to them I have falling in love with the sport of Muay Thai. Super grateful to have such a supporting team behind my back 🙏🏻

I'm sore, but happy to be. It's been several months now that I faithfully go to Top Notch Muay Thai boxing every week for private coaching. (I'm a beginner)

Coach Dale is the best, always kind, and motivating. I truly feel like I'm getting to know myself better and surpassing myself with each session. Physically and psychologically, I feel stronger and more resilient, but also more confident in my abilities.

Knowing that I master (at my level, lol) combat techniques is like walking around with a beefy friend; you're less afraid of getting harassed. Ultimately, you feel more comfortable about being visible, being heard, putting yourself in vulnerable situations.

Muay Thai makes you aware of your vulnerabilities but above all gives you the skills to address them.

I know it’s scary to enter a place where you feel like the newbie and think everyone is watching you. But you won't be. Everyone is friendly and started exactly where you are. It’s the best decision you'll ever make.

If you want become your best version, don't hesitate..

btw: no, you won't get punched in the face or anywhere else. You will learn the techniques safely, and if you want to test yourself, you'll have a safe place to do so.

トレイニングは初心者と経験者と混ぜてやってますが、人それぞれのレベルに合わせて教えてくれますので、安心して挑戦して欲しいです！

Coach Dale at Top Notch Muay Thai provides "top notch" training in Kelowna. I've trained with muay thai fundamentals for the past couple years and participated at Hard Knox under Coach Graham for years.
