We visited the store on our summer holidays. The displays were gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I made an online order from Victoria BC and it got here in 3 days, nicely packed and complete. I will definitely order from them again!

Friendly, knowledgeable and delightful staff. Yarn selection is awesome from Nua to Spin cycle and every yummy yarn in between. Great notions section , plus all sorts of goodies. Always stop in local shops when travelling and this one is a must.

Helpful friendly staff. Seems to cater to knitters vs those who crochet. Amazing yarn selection, albeit a bit pricey. Haven't tried their classes yet but they seem popular and fill up quickly. All around cute little local shop.

Beautiful selection of yarns representing the spectrum from workhorse yarns to fine artisan products. The merchandising is attractive and very well organized. You can tell that there's a lovely sense of community in this shop as everyone, staff and customers, is happy to answer questions and share the projects they're working on. But they'll also leave you be to browse if being quiet is more your thing.

Sally was especially gracious in giving me a tour of the store and introducing me to the various product lines. Heads up... this is a hard place to leave without stocking up on lots of beautiful and unique yarn! I had a very tough time restraining myself. I'm just visiting the area but if I was a local, this would be my go-to yarn shop.

Great yarn and selection, if not overpriced though. My main complaint is the terrible customer service I receive every time I come in. I am never greeted, and trying to get help is like pulling teeth. If I do eventually get help, I am made to feel like I am a nuisance.

I now take my business to other yarn store in town, which is a further trip but much more pleasant.
