I’m a taxpayer in the City of Kimberley but this Clinic refuses to see me or my family because I’m a seasonal resident of the community. TERRIBLE! This is in fact against the law as it is a federal requirement that anyone can assess medical care at any medical clinic in Canada.
DON’T COME TO KIMBERLEY FOR VACATION AS YOU WILL BE REFUSED SERVICE, IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE TO NEED IT!

Had a car accident and I’m from out of province so naturally everything is more complicated then it has to be. The check in staff were so kind and patient with me and the on call doctor was great! Special shout out to Amy for he X-ray technician for her excellent care and kind service! Thanks everyone.

3 years in Kimberley and I cannot get a family doctor to treat a chronic ongoing condition.

I have to explain my symptoms over and over again to a different doctor which they rotate

I am sure they are trying their best. However is this seriously some impossible issue to resolve? Humans have mastered flight and Kimberley can't figure out how to have a reasonable amount of medical staff to treat the public. Sad

I live in Cranbrook and have been a patient for 31 years (since i was born there), and when my doctor left family practice to help with covid patients in emergency. The clinic says they would look after my family. Now I received a letter that they now will not be helping us with our health care. In a middle of no doctors crisis. So now my only option is to join the hundreds that are flooding emergency cuz I have no other choice. Shame

I have been a patient of this clinic since it was called JF Hazard.
I needed to make a appointment as I rarely need to see a DR and I was informed I'm not longer a patient there ?
My family DR retired and since I very seldom need medical care, the clinic assumed I no longer live in the area....Sad, thay should be proud I'm not a burden..

Been here a couple of times now and I've had a good experience. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Mind you I've attended the clinic with minor issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. "Dr." Helena Buchar should not be practicing in medicine. DO NOT trust this person with your health. She is completely incompetent and will most likely cause harm rather than help you.

We have had excellent service here over the last 2 years. Both the front desk staff and docs have been great to deal with.
