They had no idea I was coming despite me making a reservation several days prior. They didn’t have a horse for me, and I stood around for almost 15 minutes while they tried to find one. They then tried to get me to ride Western despite me signing up for an English lesson. Nobody asked if I had any experience with horses, yet I was expected to saddle and bridle by myself, and even clean the horse’s hooves by myself. I was unsupervised on multiple occasions, the trainer was chain smoking in front of the animals, and I was expected to perform tasks that could have been very dangerous if I had not been an experienced horse person and knew what I was doing. So many safety hazards here, and you are basically left to fend for yourself. Steer clear!

Had a private 2 hour ride it was great. Horses are well taken care of. Owner is fantastic wish he was our guide but we got a young girl who was just ok. All in all I highly recommend booking here.

Terry the owner runs a tight ship. Horses are in excellent condition and shape.
The young women who are stable hands/riders/guides friendly. Need more than a 1 hour booking if you want to get out and about beyond a nice country lane ride.

This barn is the best place to board, lease or do lessons if you are looking for a safe, fun, friendly, and affordable place for you or your child. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, caring and experienced horse people who genuinely love what they do and the horses they look after. While there is no indoor ring, they have 2 lovely and well maintained outdoor rings (the smaller ring is featured in the photo). I particularly love using their large outdoor sand ring in the summer as one half is shaded and the other gets full sun (don’t even get me started on how beautiful it is at sunset/rise). Located so close to the city, I almost don’t want to share just how much of a little gem this stables really is. Huge shout out to Texas Rose Training as well who have their stables on the property and their head trainer/owner Adrianna! In summary, canter don’t walk to get a spot here before everyone finds out.
