Very rude and unprofessional Traffic Control Personnel. Blocked off an entire residential street with zero notice to residents. Delineators/pylons were set up in a specific area surrounding where work was to take place however they closed and blocked off an entire residential street as well as prevented people from leaving or returning home with absolutely no notice. Traffic Control Personnel were incredibly rude to residents who were given no prior warning of a closure. Elderly residents returning home from medical appointments were forced to stumble and walk past hydro crews with no guidence or safety measures in place and were not permitted to pull into their own driveways as " crew " vehicles blocked access to homes, again with no notice to residents.

The road was closed for an apparently " planned " outage for BC Hydro yet no one in the neighborhood was notified. Hydro trucks blocked emergency access to driveways at one end of the road while the work was taking place several hundred yards away at the opposite end all while there was plenty of off street parking available.

Traffic control personnel left a pile of cigarette butts scattered all over the road. Absolutely terrible communication and professionalism.

Who's paying for my brakes? No signage at the top of the hill that you are reducing the speed from 100kmh to 60kmh until you get to the steepest part of Larson hill. Safety should be top priority.

I could write a whole book about the unprofessionalism and the complete disregard as a human that I received as a past employee.
