I deeply appreciate her support and the valuable advice she provided, including recommendations for seeing a psychologist, taking first aid courses, and more. By the way, psychologist Denys is also a great expert — highly recommend him.

It was a big plus to have a Ukrainian-speaking case manager — it made communication smooth and comfortable. Overall, the service was top-level. Finally, thanks to Ukrainian staff, Canada is showing what excellent client service really looks like — logical, efficient, and without unnecessary paperwork.
