I work down Riverside Drive meaning g I have to pass Emterra recycling center 2 times daily for over 2 months since I started my new job I have took notice and had my safety greatly compromised by their staff trucks parking on the shoulder between Spicer and their driveway which is ALL A NO STOPPING ZONE until you get north of their driveway. I have called 3 different types to address the huge safety issue this creates as there I no street lights on riverside and this is also a tight road and the spot in question creates an blind corner. When I spoke to them they say that's their staging area I say it's clearly marked NO STOPPING their response to that was even the city parks there, to which I replied they have authority to do that while your fleet is parked illegally. Just because your business is adjacent does not mean you do as you please and make up your own rules and act like bylaws do not apply to you.

The young man that helped us today pick up our yellow bags was very friendly. And we really appreciated him coming out with his stop sign to stop the traffic so we could leave safely. Thanks again.

To design a user-unfriendly site, visit Emterra Environmental for ideas. As at Emterra's location for providing recycling bags, you'll provide no parking and no entry point. Instead, you will feature a closed window with a call button that does not work or is ignored. Of course, you should convince staff to ignore any potential customer who is trying to gain attention.

Armin did an excellent job replacing the bin wheels—fast. He made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing up. Really appreciate the great service and attention to detail

Strange and ghetto. Such a weird experience. Was lucky to get the last of few parking spots. Lucky not get smashed by a large truck while pulling out. But the best part was the awkward buzzer and the tiny window that opens to a rude lady that you can't even see behind blinds that they keep down for some shady reason. It felt like I was doing something highly illegal in a back alley. Oh and they could not tell me the size of the bin I was getting. BTW, it's the taller 22 gallons variety.
I gave them an extra star because I'm laughing about now, in retrospect.

You can buy recycling yellow bags, blue bins and grey glass bins here. You can also dropped off cardboard boxes and other recycling materials but soft plastics and styrofoam aren't accepted.
