One star – deeply disappointed.

I applied for union membership and, as instructed, paid $75 on September 1, 2024 for three months’ dues. Later, I was informed that I wouldn’t be accepted into the union. This was already frustrating, but the real issue came afterward.

Despite several emails and follow-ups over the course of more than six months, I never received a refund. My messages were ignored, and no explanation or resolution was ever provided. Only one short response came early on — with no follow-up since then.

This kind of treatment is deeply unprofessional. Taking someone’s money, refusing membership, then staying silent is unacceptable. People deserve clear communication and fair handling of payments — especially from a union.

I cannot recommend this organization unless they take responsibility and improve how they treat applicants. Be cautious.
