Delta Location: Not good. Let me explain. 1. lack of privacy, consultations after sessions occur in the lobby 2. lack of safety procedures when a child gets hurt 3. staff are definitely educated, heavy on theory but lack application 4. Delta location is hectic, jam packed with children. The environment is extremely business, how is this effective when children have sensory needs. 5. you as a client accommodate the staff schedules and not yours 6. they know the exact amount of $ the Ministry provides, they will look to use all of it. Not transparent on what reports are been produced, or what is being charged. 7. pricing increases occur often 8. staff/professional BI, OT, Behavioral Consultant constantly change based on their schedule (no consistency) 9. Overall not a professional service provider, contribute further to parent worries for their child.

Service is okay, they have good OT and SLP staff but BC’s are terrible. They don’t care for the kids, they follow certain rules and only abide by those. I don’t mean all of them. I have dealt with a few for my kid and i’ve talked to other parents, and they all believe elizabeth is the best one. The rest are soo rude to the children, and they don’t respect my kids needs, they just want to get their work done. i did not appreciate this at all. The BI’s are good but they always say to talk to BC but BC is not helpful.

I have two kids who have diagnosed with autism. I have good experience with Symbiosis. I appreciate their whole team. My kids are better now. My kids speech and Behaviour is improving now. Their admin staff is very supportive. We moved from Surrey to Chilliwack. Their location was closed in Chilliwack but we continued my kids therapy in Abbotsford location until last month. Unfortunately, I stop my kids therapies with Symbiosis this month. I want to say thanks to Admin staff, whole team and special thanks to mai (Behaviour Consultant).

My child is seen by Speech therapist Aimy for over five months now. He's shown considerable improvement in his speech. Aimy is very hardworking and dedicated professional. Highly recommend!!

My son was diagnosed in 2018 since that time to now my son is going to symbiosis to get therapies. I don’t want to post negative but I have to because Since last year we are facing a really big problem regarding his therapies specially BI because it’s in their record they can notice very easily how many therapies my son got every second or third week BI called sick or emergency call, last year BI was on vacations for 4 months when she came she send message can’t come, after vacation she gave only 2 sessions. Now they provide new BI last week and I got email for cancellation of this week. I called them to arrange someone this week because it’s not our problem because we are paying funding. We need help, provide BI for my son because changes make my kid upset and his behaviour makes family sad. No doubt they are busy but they need back up if someone call sick or emergency call.

I had my child's speech assessment done here in Dec, 2021, followed by speech therapies with Aimy. I'm very happy with my child's steady improvement. Aimy is very professional and caring. For example one time we were talking while my child was wandering around her, she would try to block his head from bumping into the counter. Over the past 6 months I only had one issue with a scheduling conflict which was understandable. Unfortunately I had to transfer my child out due to the location, but I'd definitely recommend this business.

I have a son who was recently diagnosed and was recommended Symbiosis not only by one person but two. So I did the intake and everything like that, the appointment was made for a curtain time, and the person doing the intake was 10 mins late calling. Then during the intake the person who did it said that they would get someone to get in contact with me on this day or the next day. Never got that email or phone call. I followed up the next day and they replied to we are waiting on just on person. still waiting to wait for thus person.. So I found a different place. Plus from what I heard from others that Symbiosis also charges for missed appointments and that isn’t good especially when you have emergencies and other things you may not be able to get out of.. As an Older Parent with a young child who was just diagnosed with autism. Getting supports in place is a great idea especially when the parent also has ADHD..

Best and safest place for your special child. Excellent is synonym for Symbiosis. Shalini is the most humble and helpful person.
