I have taken two recertification courses through Priority One Trauma now, they teach a great class. The registration process was convenient and had great customer service. The instructor is knowledgeable and provides real life experience to his teachings, he has a well run program and keeps everyone engaged. The blended learning is a nice transition, it was convenient being able to review the theory portion at home while maintaining practical and specific in-person teaching.

He is informative , lively and kept the attention of the class using real life examples with content , good demonstrations ensuring everyone was on the same page and understanding and also was person centred focus with the group ensuring everyone was working at their comfort level . I recommend Priority One Trauma to anyone needing to get First Aid Certificates. Darryn is very knowledgeable regarding this subject. He makes the material interesting. If you have had multiple certificates of the same over the years (in my case OFA Level 1) he is able to answer questions regarding the changes over the years to give you maximum tools that hopefully you will never need in the workplace.

We have used Priority One Trauma for all of our Level 3 courses for 3 years now and have had only positive comments from our workers. I've also completed my OFA3 with Darryn and really appreciate the way he tailors the material to our work environment, takes the time to answer questions and ensures everyone is able to participate in hands on practice. Responding to workplace first aid emergencies is daunting but the way Darryn teaches the Level 3 course, you leave feeling confident in your abilities and skills. We'll keep bringing him back as long as he's willing to teach us!
