Jenn is both an incredibly skilled SMP artist and a genuinely lovely human being. I was uncertain about getting SMP because I had seen unnatural work from other artists, but I completed treatment two and a half months ago and the hairline Jenn created for me is so perfect and natural. Looking in the mirror now feels amazing instead of stressful!

I absolutely LOVED Jenn’s 3 day SMP course! I am leaving a career in hairstyling to begin a new one in SMP and after extensive research into training options, learned there really aren’t any other contenders for learning. While I could find lessons cheaper online, why in God’s name would anyone do that for something like SMP? You really want hands-on step-by-step guidance and ultimately, real, live people to learn on. Her teaching is second to none (she’s by the book from sanitation straight thru to her clean-up), her guides/materials thoroughly extensive and her supplies - which you take home with you - are tested and top of the line.

Jenn is tons of fun and the days go very quickly but don’t think for a second there are any shortcuts under her strict and watchful eye. While obviously somewhat nervous, I actually feel confident enough in my skills to start taking on clients.

I wish I had known about SMP and Jenn years ago. The hair loss journey can be a long one and I could have saved a ton of money on useless lotions and potions had I discovered this process earlier.
Jenn does a great job of explaining the process during the consultation and provides a fun atmosphere in her shop. The shop is clean, her tools are top quality, payment is straight forward and booking is easy.
