Ruth is an amazing person and hands down the best instructor I've ever encountered in my life (and I'm in my 40s). Her courses are engaging, 100% informative and entertaining at the same time. She makes sure that you leave her classroom equipped with knowledge and confidence in yourself and your skills. Ruth is amazing, just finished my 4th first aid course with her. As long as she is doing the course I will always go with her. Her stories are real, she has traveled the world and and helped so many people. She makes the course fun and entertaining not just a boring day of reading off slides. Small classes, you don't get that feeling that you are wrong, even if you are. The great thing she will help you understand why you wrong and thebproper way to do. You are amazing Ruth and will see you on my next course, hopefully will remeber to renew this time and not let it expire. Everyone else go book with ruth today you won't regret it.

Ruth is an amazing instructor. So knowledgeable and has so many relevant stories/experiences that help to better understand and retain the first aid material. She was funny and engaging. She was reasonable in expectations of her classroom. Ruth made the day fly by because everything was so interesting. I can’t say enough good things. This was by far the best first aid training experience I’ve had. Ruth is an incredible instructor with a tremendous amount of experience which helps with the material throughout the course. She had a great way of explaining everything and keeping the students intrigued and engaged the entire class. Ruth was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. Course registration was very easy and Ruth responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. I highly recommend I Res-Q U for your First Aid Training!

Ruth is the best instructor. This first aid material could easily be a dry and boring course but Ruth made it so fun and makes you want to pay attention. She uses her own experiences coupled with the Red Cross' course material to make you feel very confident in providing first aid when you've finished the course. Prior to taking the course I emailed some questions and Ruth always responded very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!
