Peer mentor program: Incredible, amazing, can't say enough good things about it.
Employment counselling services: Abysmal, told things would happen that never happened, false promises were made, never actually helped me find a job.

Their website states they offer job placements, but they do not. Despite pointing this out ages ago, it has still not been changed. Beware.

This organization is a disappointment and doesn’t provide adequate support. Not only are they delayed in their responses, you have to wait a long time in between appointment. They waste your time, if you’re coming here for help , expect to be disappointed. Employment Ontario is responsible for the issue of homelessness when people need jobs and they can’t find it

The organization appears to lack structure and commitment, resulting in inefficient use of time and resources. If more individuals took the initiative to communicate their experiences to their Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP), it could lead to a reevaluation of funding allocations from the provincial government to such organizations. Deeply disappointed.
