terrible attitude, Randy should retire if he is so angry at his job! is like he hates to deal with customers it used to be a very nice experience to do business with this company but not any more, if you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

I had a cylinder head repaired and painted. Nothing wrong with the repair. It's the paint. Not only the wrong colour but they painted over every possible bolt hole, coolant passage, machined surface and over spray on the valves. My customer was not happy I had to charge him an extra 2.5 hours of labour to scrape and tap everything out. I'm probably never going to see that customer again. Thanks guys! Bang up job!
