Anyone want to participate in jointing if you have not got your money or refund for the class you did not get and that the move was not upfront when Natalia did the transaction? I gave her a dead line November 15,2024 to refund those who didn’t pay for what worth their money and scam people for being not honest. Iam filing small claim and if you want to join as witness just add comments.

Natalie has been incredible for both of my boys. She is extremely professional and punctual which I appreciate as a busy working mom. Both of my boys are now doing very well in hockey since working with the ice life. Can’t recommend her enough.

What an experience for my kids! The trainers were so good with my girls and they can’t stop talking about how they can’t wait to go back. Seeing Natalie’s experience with skating, coaching and kids makes the Ice Life a great place to learn to skate.

Natalie is an absolute professional and rockstar. She has been able to teach an old dog like me new tricks! 🙂 She is patient, encouraging, and a master of her art. I am glad I took skating and found her to teach me. The Ice Life is a cut above the rest!

Website needs clear information and images of what is offered at each location (descriptions, dimensions, details, full and clear images). It’s a shame, because it’s such a unique business but it seems as if the website and social media channels are being used primarily as a self promotional tool for this figure skater chick more than anything. Online is diluted with multiple contradictory pictures and videos which confuse the viewer as to which location is being displayed between Stoney Creek and Oakville (Stoney Creek location isn’t even listed on Google). Some pictures I suspect are of former rink designs from previous years. When I’ve asked for clarity from the business, I still get casual response. Never seen such a unique business lack so severely when it comes to showcasing exactly what they offer - disappointing. I’ve actually had to get someone to visit the business and take pictures and notes of each location because the business isn’t able to provide adequate information pre-booking. Surely, the high reputation of this place proves that there is some quality coaching provided but the owner must realize that the online presence of a business is much more than happy-go-lucky pictures and videos. Hoping you take this review to heart because the business idea is FANTASTIC but I have truly never had such a difficult time understanding exactly what a business is providing. The main purpose of a website is to do just that!

Incredible instructor and facility. Such a great way to have kids learn to skate without the cold temp and all the uncomfortable winter gear. My kids have thrived here! Thank you Natalie!!

If you are an adult and need lessons this is the place to go. Natalie has taken all the steps to make me feel comfortable, learn and advance. Love the skating lessons!!

Not impressed at all with their work...different coaches provide different instructions. We gave a chance for one more session but for some reason, we were not able to make it and suddenly no one replied to us nor to our emails. Very unprofessional
