I was in the store on Saturday Mar 29 and was blown away by the friendliness and eagerness of the young employees when I walked in. I was greeted by a young lady. I was asked multiple times if I needed help finding anything. I was just killing time with my son, but it was so refreshing to walk into a sports store in our city and actually have people greet you and ask if you need help. I refuse to shop at the other sports store here as it is a dreadful experience every time. Please keep up the good work Source for Sports.

Very disappointing service.
1) they did not great our family upon entering.
2) when we actually found the items we needed (Softball gear). There was not ONE worker willing to assist with sizing. I went to the front where there were THREE workers standing there chatting. When I asked for assistance the young girl working the till rolled her eyes like it was such a problem to help. Instead of one of the three young ladies helping they went to look for another worker. A young man came to help from the back of the store. He was pleasant and helpful.
3) when checking out the till worker refused to acknowledge me, was banging my items around like she could not be bothered assisting me. Did not acknowledge me as a customer nor thank me for the business. I did however thank her for her "excellent service"

Like seriously reconsider hiring people with ZERO people skills.

We do our sports shopping at our local Source for Sports (Regina) and always have the best service maybe you should take your staff for a visit to see what customer service looks like.

Honestly wish I did not have to spend a dime there. If it wasn't such a last minute shop pregame I would have not supported this business at all.

staff weren’t too friendly. DO NOT get your figure skates sharpened there. upon arrival was first in line (dropped to 3rd) as friends came in and too priority . definitely not the place for that ⛸. no advisement on when skates were done (basically had to guess) took well over 30 minutes waiting and WAS NOT busy.

Went in to see if they had shoes I wanted, The sign outside says they carry that brand. Walked in, looked for the shoe area and 3 staff standing talking. I said I would have quick look and one female staff member said "Well, we close in 15 minutes." Did not ask what I was looking for, did not offer help. I see they do not have the brand the sign says anyway. This is why people don't shop local.

I wish they sold cross country ski equipment or or sports gear like they used to when they were by the casino. I love the clearance rack they have for jackets. Always find something for a good deal. I once got $200 off on a Helly Hansen coat and paid $99.99 for it. Like most stores in pa i felt like i was constantly watched but understandable. Gotta protect there merch and keep prices from going up. Shoplifting has an impact as to why prices increase. Anyone else agree?

Excellent store with incredible service. These guys operate the way every retail store should operate. Experts in hockey. Experts in soccer. Nice clothes. Reasonable prices. Helpful and nice to talk to. So impressed!
