Got my wedding ring there. First off they sent it to get resized and lost it. So I didn’t even get to have the ring I originally got engaged with. I let that go whatever not the stores mistake it was an accident. Took 4 weeks to get another replacement of the ring I had. Then when I went in to finally get my ring I was wondering about the sizing and said it felt a little tight and the woman were questioning if I had drank the night before mind you I’m a native woman so I was like why would you even say that. Never want to go back and find somewhere else to clean my ring. Lol they made me feel cheap.

I was extremely disappointed when I went in to get my jewlery after not being able to wear for 3 yrs due to weight loss, had rings sized got them back they made a mistake now have to wait 2 more weeks. I know 2 weeks is nothing but it took a extremely good day to a very sad one. Other then that good service.

Attd to PA Paris Jewellers for assistance with some sizing from an online order. Three diff employees assisted us and all of them were very professional and awesome to deal with. Not only did they assist us with our concerns but they also spent time with us discussing some options/custom work we were interested in. Definately recommend this business !!!
