I love the staff members I give them 100/10 as well as just the place itself is 100/10.

My personal experience with that place is wonderful. I have never had any problems with the staff. When you walk in you feel cared for. The entry in the room makes you feel like your health is first priority and very important. My family doctor Stephanie she’s amazing. I love her so much. She’s great and has always been. She’s honest she does not beat around the bush. She gets straight to the point.

Recently, I had an experience where I went to the hospital in Peace River To go get a blood Test done. I waited a really long time for two of my tests I had asked to get done. I never heard anything back.it had been like three weeks to a month maybe longer (can’t remember exactly).

Everybody kept telling me to wait and that if I never got anything back or heard anything back that there’s nothing wrong with me. but deep down I knew there was something wrong I knew that it wasn’t true. so I got mad. I was very upset and disappointed and I needed answers. I was stressed could barely sleep from the pain I was in.

That’s when I decided to turn to the Falher Clinic who have the most loving staff there. I tried to get a hold of Stephanie, but she didn’t pick up and so I left a message A couple days later Holly called me and we had talked about the tests that I had got done and that I was here to talk about my results that I wanted to know.

I then proceeded to tell Holly that the hospital in Peace River told me that there was nothing wrong with me. The way Holly responded to me after looking at my results. I knew that the peace River Hospital had lied to me. I was furious. But also in shock. The only thing that was going through my mind was that is a hospital a medical Facility that’s supposed to be honest and help you understand your body and explain to you what’s happening so that you can deal with the issue. But I was so furious because I knew that wasn’t true. It was quite the opposite actually.

Holly told me that I needed medication and I sighed as a feeling of relief As if all the stress has been taken away off my shoulders, I knew what was wrong with me And so I knew that that’s when I could then take Action and help myself get better.

If it wasn’t for Holly and Stephanie, I absolutely would still be here in pain every single day. Those women are incredible And I could not be more grateful if I could give more than a five star rating I would hands-down.

Another reason why I love that clinic so much is because I was shocked that no matter how far they are even if they’re out of the country, they would take the time to send you their prescription to a pharmacy. (Talking of experience) These people fight every day to make sure that people can get better People who walk in that clinic through those doors who are sick and suffering, they take the suffering and the pain away by one click of a button and really making sure that you’re ok.

That is what a medical facility no better yet that is what a great Medical facility looks like. That is what amazing staff looks like. Through my eyes at least again this is not me bashing anyone This is me strictly talking about my bad experience and how they turned it into a better one they saved me from my pain and suffering and they made me better and I just I’m just Explain how grateful I am for them to be in my life and Have helped me so much so thank you both and the rest of you

This review is based on multiple complaints from myself and other patients.
The staff are nice but they are unorganized. They seem to have a habit of either losing forms, not returning phone calls, not following up on what they say they’ll do, losing results, etc etc.
After waiting for over a year for my MRI results, i finally gave up and had to get someone else to sit down with me to discuss them. I stopped going to this clinic 15 yrs ago due to the same issues and i see things havent changed or improved. So forced to go elsewhere.

Holly & Rachel are absolutely fantastic staff! So helpful and kind. The NP Stephanie is so knowledgable and takes the time with patients. Definitely will come back!

I ruptured my bicep tendon, the staff were really helpful with the whole process of filling/sending forms, referrals etc... Always pleasant on the phone no matter how many questions i had.

Online it says they are open till 5, so i drive there. They are closed and its only 4:25pm! I called and no answer. How the heck are we suppose to make appointments? Especially a deaf person who has troubles hearing on phone? I'm deaf!
