If you are looking for a place to call home that will treat you like a family, look no further! The Valencia is calling! The place I called home for more than 5 years now. Being it situated in the heart of the city, it's a safe place to live with a peace of mind! With the saying, "TIME IS GOLD" this place is at anyone's convenience. It's very clean inside and outside! Friendly and flexible staff that would attend to anyone's busy schedule! They are very attentive and in a timely manner in terms of maintenance issues. Ive live here for 4yrs already. Building is very clean but some tenant are rude and very noisy playing loud music till 3am on the second floor. Dropping cigarette butts and beer cans outside thier porch side..
