Very impressed last night I had very aggressive and intense pain in my appendix and the service was excellent. Got in a room in 20 minutes I was reassured the whole time the staff was really nice when they realized that my appendix was swollen and needed surgery they got me in 20 and was really nice never seen service from the hospital like this they got me pain meds right away and was really quick with me I forget the name of my nurses because I was on morphine and anesthesia etc but wow. If ur the nurse’s,doctors every thing and u see this you’ll know who u are and how grateful I am

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at the hospital for their care and professionalism. I was truly impressed by how supportive and dedicated the entire team was throughout my visit.

A special thank to the MRI department , they were extremely understanding, patient, and helpful during a very stressful moment. Their compassion and clear communication made a real difference.

The staff have all changed from a year and a half ago. Drs in emergency now more sympathetic. The nurses seem so caring as well. All I know is I was there for two weeks and I got the best help ever. Thank you. It was so well appreciated. 🤗

Worst hospital ever, they should just build a new one with new doctors because ive lost hope in this hospital. Went in 1 time with a kidney infection and they treated me like I was a drug addict but I had just thrown up for 3 days straight and they almost refused to treat me but I had to advocate and say I need help to which they finally hospitalized me for 3 nights. Same thing happened 2 nights ago and they're not capable of being professional from the ambulance ride to being discharged, very disappointing to see in the doctors of this city.

Brutal: I went in with a migraine, I was having a 2 week headache for no apparent reason, as well and pain and tension in my Carotid Arteries, confusion and blurry vision. They just pumped me full of heavy narcotics and sent me on my way 5 minutes after without even checking if I had a ride or was driving myself. Not to mention they did not tell me what they put in me was a heavy dose of Opiates. Went back in the next day still in pain and had a head CT scan, waited 6 hours for a doctor to tell me in 30 seconds my scan is clear, while he laughed and basically insinuated I was waisting his time. I pleaded for a blood test, or a look deeper into what might be causing all these dramatic symptoms. I’m healthy and 38 and this isnt normal. He said they don’t do that there, if I want any more help I better go see a doctor somewhere. And left me sitting there. What a disgrace to the profession and our Canadian Healthcare. It’s been a week and my symptoms are the same.

Visited this hospital many times over few years for multiple reasons. All issues were non critical. Ambulatory care centre is very busy and most of the time is behind schedule due to volume of patients or unknown reasons. However last two visits were on time. No need to wait and there was not many patients. Nurses and doctors are very caring and helpful. Hospital is neat and clean. They’re very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Emergency centre was not busy. Can be seen less than an hour. Overall had good experience.

All the staff on the surgical floor took the absolute best care of my Mom before, during and after an emergency femur surgery. I live about 4 hours away, and had no doubt in their capabilities. Phenomenal nurses and cnas. The surgeon also was compassionate and put my worries at ease throughout. 10/10

I hate being in a hospital but I had to be there! So many Nurses and Doctors helped me get my treatment. Thanks Trina and Dr Denga. The Cleaning staff and Dining staff also were very friendly. Also a shout out to the amazing staff at Alberta Central Air Ambulance for transporting to Edmonton and back.
