Recently our AC stopped working and I contacted PR heating/cooling on a weekend and left a message. I got a call back by 0800 Monday and a technician out a few hours later. Issue was fixed same day. I am SO impressed with the service. Thanks!!!

I got a mini-split heat pump in the fall 2020 and I’m really glad I went through PR Heating and AC. They are friendly and helpful with fast service, great pricing. And I love that they’re a small local company. They’re also knowledgeable about rebates — I ended up getting a 30% rebate on the installation cost B.C. Hydro making my heat pump really affordable!! The other company I looked into quoted almost $2000 more and didn’t mention a rebate.

I highly recommend them and I look forward to using them again in the future should I need something else in the world of heating and air conditioning. Thanks guys!
