We had the same experience with this company that the other reviewer left, they stole our money for the efficiency evaluation before and after installing our heat pumps, claiming they had completed the proper steps for the rebate, then went radio silent, wouldn’t return our calls or emails. Never received a report so we could complete the process without them. Scam company. Don’t give them any money, lighting it on fire would be more beneficial.

PS Victoria - we’d be happy to take our money back as a partial resolution.

We hired this company to complete an evaluation so we could apply for a government grant. They didn’t process the information properly and now we’ve been asking for them to solve their side of the situation for over 2.5 years. They constantly say they are working on it, but no results in 2.5 years speaks for itself. Do not use this service, save yourself the headache.
