A true escape to explore different modalities of healing, connecting, and strengthening in such a beautiful space both inside and out. Louise and Lorraine truly want you to feel, express, explore and expand your awareness. It is done lovingly and comfortably.
If you love food this is the retreat to attend. The meals are incredible, both delicious and plentiful. You won’t go without!
The peacefulness of the lake invites you to put your feet on a Muskoka chair for some relaxation before jumping in for a swim.
Don’t miss the opportunity to bond with other guests and share stories into the night.

What an amazing weekend full of love, inspiration, support, guidance, fulfillment....I could go on and on. This beautiful retreat is surrounded by nature that is beyond peaceful and if you are feeling as though you need to recharge, rejuvenate yourself, and experience a spiritual awakening then this is the retreat for you. This has changed me in such a powerful way.
The lovely hosts Louise and Lorraine welcome you into this beautiful cottage with such warmth, open arms and full of love and support.
The food was delicious and let me add you will never be hungry through this retreat thanks to Joanne. Ally was our nutritionist who added some amazing meals into the weekend. It was just wonderful.
I cannot express enough how empowering this weekend was. If you are feeling a need to shake things up or in need of some guidance and spiritual healing then this is a retreat for you.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to see these lovely people....Louise, Lorraine, JoAnne and Dominika. You are amazing women and are striving to reach and empower as many women as you can. Your goal is becoming a reality and we are feeling the change in the world. ❤️
