Staff are great and nice. I love going there and now that PC is involved that is even better. I buy so many things in bulk simply for the savings even candy for the grandchildren.

Unfortunately, this store became unprofessional after all those years.

The problem started a couple years ago. I usually have to order a specific type of product. I always give my name, phone number and order exactly the product. I also give them a written paper to be sure.

But after several days, no calls. So I go back to check and NO ONE knows about my order. If it happens one time it is ok. But all the time?

They also started lying to me saying that it will come another day. But the product didn't arrive after several days. So I went back and reordered it and again nobody knew that I placed an order!
Such an unprofessional place with mediocre workers and the staff is just lying in front of the customer!
One day, one of the manager told me I never ordered those products. Well, I went to see the lady who took my order. She recognized me and she said yes I placed the order...

This place became so mediocre! Lack of professionalism.

Good selection, easy foing, friendly, helpful, efficient and especially now with the virus the store still feels quietly, calmly moving right along so nice like always... carefully, safely and with calm caution. Want to say how grateful I am and so many are to have this good store and good people here now.

I wanted to like this place. Sometimes they have good prices.

I really hate that they have no baskets and to use a shopping cart you need to insert change into them. It's 2018, I don't carry change . So I can only buy what I can fit in my arms.

Wish I could buy more.

What really pissed me off though, was all winter I have been looking for hot chocolate all over Lindsay. Couldn't find any in a canister.

Now that it is warm out, I go to get some juice crystals. Now I can't find canisters of juice crystals...

But now they have a surplus of hot chocolate.

I don't understand this town. If one store is out of everything, every store is out of everything and it will stay that way for months.

I just don't get this concept.

I love this place, it is never crowded when I go, the aisles are spacious and they are usually stocked with items. I have only once had to deal with an item not in stock and it wasn't a sale items in their flyer.

Pretty decent deals to be had here. Kind of like a mix of Costco and no frills. Fairly well organised and friendly staff!

Loblaws corporation..
Rip off... now you have to be a member to get bulk discounts.
Edit: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am specifically talking about how you used to offer things like, "if you buy 4, the price is lower". Now the tags say "for members only". It's good to hear your membership is free, but isn't it only for businesses? I don't have an HST number. Thanks for replying, take third star 🌟
