I was truly impressed by the number of awards Inspiration Learning Center has earned as a Canadian brand. After connecting with them and gaining a clear sense of how they support students, I realized this is one of the best tutoring centers out there. The tutors are highly professional and genuinely care about each student’s success. What stood out most to me is how they carefully listen to parents’ feedback and make adjustments to help children thrive. It’s also evident that they bring in only highly qualified tutors, which sets them apart from many other centers. I was browsing for tutoring places for my daughter and came across this place and was excited to send her here but from the reviews, I’m extremely concerned as the reviews and their corresponding responses lead me to believe that this is not a professional establishment. I do not know who this Jennifer person is but for a company to have “enemies” that leave supposedly fake reviews is worrisome. How can I feel safe sending my child here if this is the behaviour and environment this company cultivates? I suggest rectifying this unprofessional behaviour and learn to treat your customers and staff properly so that this outcome is not publicized and off-putting to those looking for an educational space for their children. Please do better.

去年孩子来加拿大读书，英语成了第一只拦路虎。恰巧在这时，经朋友介绍认识了旷校长。旷校长与我进行了沟通和交流，针对孩子薄弱的英语配置了相应的英语课程，既包含了一对一的有针对性的学习，也安排了一对四的讨论课。孩子在这一段时间提升非常大，渐渐跟上了学校的课程。 旷校长在听说孩子要准备雅思考试后，又帮助我们安排了雅思课程，从四月到六月，经过两个月的集中训练，孩子一战考出6.5的分数，特别是听力达到了7.5。启发是我和孩子最正确的选择，更谢谢旷校长的协助，和老师们的认真教学。特别要谢谢小助理Hannah老师，可以根据孩子的实际时间和反馈的情况调整课程，调整节奏。我要由衷的说一声，谢谢！

I sent my son for tutoring by other parent’s’ recommendations of Inspiration Learning Center. We have a great experience there. The tutor observes and diagnoses my son’s problems in English and focuses on improving his English skills. We’re so satisfied with the progress of the tutoring. The teachers’ qualifications are outstanding, the atmosphere of the Center is so friendly, and the communications between me and Center are very frequent and detailed. My son is really encouraged to learn well in the centre.
