We had a beautiful kitchen designed by Amy based on an image in my head. Never having done a large reno before the idea was daunting but I felt immediately at ease with Amy. She visited our home and within days came up with a design: No white cabinets, lots of counter space, drawers galore and simple lines. She only winced a little when I asked for a couple of changes !! Amy was so accommodating to my changes and very helpful with ideas. From flooring to lighting she helped every step of the way. And while there were some minor issues Amy made sure we were not disappointed in the end. Thanks Amy !

Today I could not be happier walking into home hardware. I have a big project this weekend and I'm running out of time to get things done . I had purchased a large 4x8 piece of wood and While at the paint counter speaking with Francesca, She offered to paint my wall for me, which saved me a tremendous amount of time. Instant relief and so much stress gone off my plate today thanks to her. I was impressed by Francesca's commitment to going the extra mile. Their customer service is second to none , thank you home hardware & thank you Francesca ! Leaving one happy customer 🙂

My husband and I went into home hardware in the past two weeks. We are renovating our home and needed supplies. We were approached by a gentleman named Eric. I have to say that he was so welcoming and helpful. We brought our dog with us and Eric was so great with him as well. I felt like he took the time to talk to us and really show us some attention. He helped me get some wood that we needed for our Reno’s. I have previously had poor customer service going into this store and I must say he made this experience a better one for me. Updating my review because I was in Home Hardware this morning to get paint for my son’s bedroom, Francesca was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable! She was so patient with me to help get the best colour baby blue for my son’s room. Thank you so much for all your help . Once again another amazing experience at Home Hardware Alliston ! Wonderful service from “ Isabella” in the paint department. She was very friendly and pleasant to deal with! She helped me find the perfect stain for my deck!

I have been going to home hardware the last few months multiple times a day. The team from service desk, yard for cutting my wood, paint, decorating consultant and cashiers have all been amazing. I have taken on renovating the top part of my house had zero experience or ideas on what to do. They took me like a bird and have held my hand through the whole experience I have definitely felt like a friend/family member more then a customer. I can’t say enough about the team at Alliston home hardware and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Our local home hardware is a great place to find tools and building supplies that you won't be able to source anywhere else locally. It's tidy, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The homewares section is done up really tastefully. I've never had issues when I've had to order materials for landscaping.

I needed about $20,000 of material and the staff member I was dealing with went on holidays so my order did not get placed, that put my project behind a week and a half. When this staff member did return it took another week to have my calls returned. Now three weeks behind on my project and can’t get a return call I gave up and went to another supplier.
