Nous avons emménagé ici il y a trois mois. Ce qui m'a frappée ? La gentillesse des gens, tant les locataires que le personnel. Tout le monde se salue, se parle. Les jeunes, les moins jeunes, les religieux, les non-religieux, les hommes et les femmes, on se sent reconnu et intégré. Même les chiens sont gentils ! Et je ne blague pas ! L'endroit est bien entretenu, magnifique et agréable à vivre, avec son lobby spacieux et accueillant et sa terrasse superbement aménagée.

I've been living in this condo for the past two weeks, and my experience so far has been excellent. The unit is modern, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The building itself is consistently clean and well looked after, with standout amenities like the gym and rooftop terrace. The management team has been responsive and accessible, always ready to address any concerns promptly. The doormen are exceptionally friendly and professional — available 24/7 and always willing to help with anything residents might need. Overall, I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live.

I have been living in Majestic for nearly five months now, and it's an amazing apartment! It's clean, tidy, elegant and charming. There is 24-hour security, and the gym and terrace on the top floor are just wonderful. I can go there to exercise, relax or have a party at any time. Living here is convenient, comfortable and reassuring. The property staff are all very kind and polite! I especially want to mention that when I just moved in, there was a minor problem with the washing machine (actually, I just didn't know how to operate it). Oxana from the property management department and the cleaning lady worked together to solve the problem carefully. They even got down on the ground to check if there was a fault with the washing machine, thoroughly cleaned it with towels and basins for me, and patiently taught me how to use the washing machine and dryer. I was very touched! Also, the security guard, Mr.Sergei, whenever I had questions about the use of electrical appliances in the house, I would go to him and he would come to my place promptly to check and solve the problem. Thank you! In short, I really enjoy coming back to the apartment every day. It's very warm and cozy!

To begin with, after spending weeks looking at apartments in various areas of Montreal, there were none that could compare to Majestic! Oxsana and team were outstanding in their professionalism and organizational skills so the move was effortless and not stressful. The attention to detail in the finishings, the size and layout of the units are not the traditional apartment. Large, full of the extras and lots of natural light, in addition to being quiet are just a few of the details that sets these apartments from other buildings-you want to spend time here! The front desk are always friendly and helpful and there is a sense of community among the occupants. The neighborhood is quiet and I enjoy the proximity of parks, the dog park and the wonderful shopping, supermarkets and the bakery-everything is within walking distance.

This place is fantastic. The doormen are amazing. They’re working 24 hours per day and are always available to assist whenever needed. The building is very secure, everyone is checked before being allowed into the elevators. Rebecca and her cleaning team and such kind people and they ensure that the building is always spotless. The management team is also always available to handle any concerns. The building is full of nice people. I recommend if you’re wanting to move, you should strongly consider the majestic.

Today I signed and had dealings with the manager, whose name is Oxana. Best experience I’ve had in signing a lease. She was friendly, kind and patient. Great first experience. Capreit should be proud to have such a wonderful employee.
