Had pleasant stay staying a capriet. Vladimir is the man who’s really helpful for us at this place. Simple to move in and settle here.

They could have been better with their prices on renewals. But, Vladimir was open with us in valuing our decision about this.

I want to share my experience with this rental apartment agency. Vladimir is truly an exceptional person who went above and beyond to help me rent my apartment. After two months, I had to move to Toronto, and Vladimir was the only person in the agency who supported me throughout the process. He was always available, incredibly supportive, and guided me step by step. Without his help, I wouldn’t have been able to successfully complete my lease transfer.

Unfortunately, my experience with other staff members at the agency was disappointing. No one else followed up on my requests, and they ignored my concerns. In particular, I had a negative interaction with a middle-aged woman in the office. When I called for assistance, she was rude, yelled at me, and made fun of me, which I found disrespectful and discriminatory. Sadly, I didn’t catch her name.

Despite these challenges, I am deeply grateful for all the help, care, and support Vladimir provided. He truly made a difference, and I highly recommend working with him if you need assistance.

My appointment visit on June 22, 2023
with Fredj at 3pm was great. He was very punctual and patient. He took his time in showing the apartment and answered all questions.
