I stayed here for work, this place was actually amazing. They have a pool, workout room, really good breakfast every morning, the rooms were spacious and clean. And to top it all off they had some of the most amazing hotel staff I’d ever encountered. They went out of there way to make sure my stay was excellent, 10/10, would stay again anytime.

The problem with this hotel is with the cleaning staff. We stay in hotels over 250 knights a year and this has got to be the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in.
Absolutely zero considerations for people that are still trying to rest and sleep which is the main reason for being in a hotel room.

The noise they are making every morning starting at 7:00 and even earlier mainly because of each room doors they keep slamming against the privacy door locks in order to keep the doors from locking behind them while cleaning the rooms. Instead of using a door wedge to leave the door open and gently closing the doors once they are done. No need for an alarm clock in this hotel, It is agonizing to ear that every morning and to get woken up that way.

One other thing is the smell inside both elevators, they need to be cleaned and sanitized or something because it’s disgusting.

If It wasn’t for these issues, this hotel would have been perfect for us.

Stayed here on our way up to the Yukon. Had an amazing stay. Room was prefect and staff and manager absolutely amazing Had a few crappy people outside the hotel but they were dealt with immediately without hesitation. Booked a stay for the way home and made it a day earlier and they were very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

The bathroom fan was so loud as to be unusable (I'm an early riser but my wife is not, and the fan would definitely have woken her up)

When I went to make coffee, I found that the coffee bag from the last use had not been removed - the device had not been properly cleaned - and the bag had not been replaced in the tray.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room needed a basic repair job and the housekeeping was not thorough.

Pros-Handy location, great staff, tons of parking. Clean, comfy.
Cons- No breakfast till 7:00AM at the attached restaurant but you must buy a voucher(which is cheap enough I guess)
No vending machines stocked throughout hotel. No bathrooms in lobby until restaurant opens. No water pressure.Tv worked half the time, the rest of time it said weak signal. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Shortage of outlets to charge phone by bed.

There for 2 weeks for work, kitchenette was great and had everything I needed, room was overall perfect for a longer stay. Only downside was in the 2 weeks I was there the sheets weren’t changed at all, small spill on the sheet early in the stay and 2 weeks later it’s still there. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, pretty hard, but still worked and the bed was pretty good!
